HIV/AIDS and Health Budget Monitoring in Southern Africa

March 2008 - February 2011
Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe

In this project, funded by Oxfam-Novib, CEGAA provided capacity-building to coalitions of civil society organisations in each country to undertake participatory budget monitoring and expenditure tracking around issues of health and HIV/AIDS.

In Zambia, we worked with TALC (Treatment Advocacy and Literacy Campaign), and the findings of our report were shared during a National Voluntary Counselling and Testing Day gathering held on 1 July 2011 in Kapiri Mponshi.
